A Little Journey Through a Great Spring” Invites Audiences to an Evening of Music, Theatre, and Dance

On May 20, 2026, at 6 p.m., the traditional concert “A Little Journey Through a Great Spring” will take place in the Chamber Hall of the Šiauliai Cultural Center. Each year, the event brings together young performers and audiences for a cozy evening filled with music, dance, and theatre. Organized by the Šiauliai Cultural Center vocal studio Rokoko (Art Director Rasa Kauneckaitė), this year’s event will invite audiences on a colorful artistic journey where melodious songs, choreographed performances, theatrical improvisations, and touching musical moments intertwine, reflecting the lightness, creativity, and sense of togetherness that spring inspires.

Organizer – Šiauliai Cultural Center. Admission is free.

The concert will offer audiences not only musical performances but also heartwarming stories about creativity, personal growth, and connections between generations. Performers from different generations of the Rokoko vocal studio will take the stage – from the youngest participants taking their very first steps in performance to older soloists who have already chosen to connect their lives with the arts. The program will feature Lithuanian folk songs, contemporary music, musical theatre pieces, and audience-favorite songs accompanied by sensitive theatrical and choreographic interludes.

Joining the Rokoko vocal studio in the concert will be the Šiauliai Cultural Center choreography studio Impresija (Art Director Inga Širvienė), theatre studio Gūžta (Art Director Inga Norkutė), and pianist Augustas Šimkus from the Šiauliai Dagilėlis Singing School (teacher Kristina Pajuodienė).

The organizers are pleased with the strong public interest in the event – free invitations to the concert were distributed within just a few days. Audience members holding invitations will be admitted first, and if seats remain available, other concertgoers will also be welcomed.
