A Little Journey Through a Great Spring” Concert Resonated at the Šiauliai Cultural Center

On May 20, 2026, the traditional concert “A Little Journey Through a Great Spring” took place in the Chamber Hall of the Šiauliai Cultural Center, bringing together a large number of young performers, their families, and audiences for a warm, heartfelt evening filled with the spirit of spring. Organized by the Šiauliai Cultural Center vocal studio Rokoko (Art Director Rasa Kauneckaitė), the event became a colorful journey through music, theatre, and dance, filled with the light of childhood, creativity, and togetherness.

Organizer – Šiauliai Cultural Center.

The concert featured songs about dreams, love, childhood, and spring, while audiences were delighted by theatrical sketches, choreographic performances, and piano music. Performers of various ages took to the stage – from the youngest singers taking their first steps in performance to experienced soloists who conveyed musical stories with great sensitivity.

The evening’s program was presented by the Šiauliai Cultural Center vocal studio Rokoko, choreography studio Impresija (Art Director Inga Širvienė), theatre studio Gūžta (Art Director Inga Norkutė), and pianist Augustas Šimkus from the Šiauliai Dagilėlis Singing School (teacher Kristina Pajuodienė). A particularly special atmosphere was created not only by the talent of the young performers but also by the sincere support of the audience. During the final song, the Chamber Hall was illuminated by the lights of spectators’ mobile phones, becoming a symbolic expression of the evening’s sense of unity and togetherness.

The concert once again reminded everyone that music, theatre, and dance possess a unique power to bring people closer together, inspire them, and offer, even if only for a moment, a little journey through a great spring.
