As the end of the winter is little by little approaching, Lithuanians celebrate Shrovetide, a traditional Lithuanian celebration intended to shoo away winter and welcome spring. The highlights of the festivities will include various joyful and frightening characters appearing in costumes, burning of Morė figure, tasting of traditional Lithuanian food, concert of the music group "Sadūnai", games and other fun activities.
The event will be filmed and photographed.
