Saint Jonas Festival, also known as Rasos (Dew Holiday), Joninės, Kupolė, Midsummer Day or Saint John's Day, is a midsummer folk festival celebrated all around Lithuania.
Šiauliai Cultural Centre invites all residents to celebrate this magical night, which is also the shortest night of the year, together.
On this night the people will be welcomed to engange in traditional games and competitions, practice various traditional rituals, enjoy a concert, participate in a photo contest, admire a fire show and, of course, traditional bonfire.
The people will be entertained by musical bands „Okata“ and „Rebelheart“ and various lithuanian folklore music and dance ensembles.
The event will be filmed and photographed.
