Freedom Defenders’ Day Celebration

January 13 Šiauliai citizens are invited to the Freedom Defenders’ Day Celebration which will take place at the square next to Šiauliai Municipality building. During the event there will be a concert “Wheel of Time” by musician Virgis Stakėnas, the memorial bonfires. People will also be entertained by Šiauliai University Gymnasium's Mixed Choir “Poco” (conducted by Rasa Stoškuvienė) and KASP soldiers will treat everyone with porridge and tea.
