On February 16 Šiauliai residents are invited to celebrate Restoration of the State Day. For this occasion at the Resurrection Square Šiauliai Cultural Centre organizes commeration which will bring people for the traditional flag hoisting ceremony and theatrical music programme.
The event will be filmed and photographed.
